LEAH’S UP TO TAKE OVER THE NEWSLETTER

By Gavin Staindl

Hi everyone,

Once again you’re getting to know another member of the team and this time it’s me, Leah 🙂

Here’s my questions for this week so you can get to know more of me;

How old am I? I’m 25
My Role at Ray White Officer? I’m one of the sales consultants here, I list and sell properties listed by myself along with assisting Gavin in this process too.
How long have I been at Ray White? I first started at Ray White Pakenham back in 2020 as a Sales Associate assisting one of the Agents. I have since moved up to be a Sales Consultant here at Ray White Officer!
Fav thing about my job? The crew here at Officer! Hands down this team are the best people to work with! It’s such a great culture and makes everyday enjoyable! I also love that I am able to help people every day whether it’s helping them find their dream home or selling their property.
Have you worked out my accent? Some of you may or may not be aware that I am originally from England. I came over to Australia with my family back in 2012 and have been here loving it ever since!
What do I enjoy doing outside of work? The people who know me know that I LOVE the gym! I have to get my 4- 5 days in at the gym every week haha. But aside from that I’m also training for my first ever full marathon which will be the Sydney Marathon in September so this is super exciting! I’ve also recently joined the Officer City Soccer (or as I say Football) Club which has been super fun and great to get back into!
My next travel destination? I love travelling and just want to see the world! I’ve always wanted to explore Europe in both Summer and Winter so these are going to be my next BIG trips

I hope you got to know me better!!

Leah Taylor

    On the back of last week’s email I had a vast array of responses. Some hopeful first home buyers replied optimistically saying they hoped prices would drop 50%. Others suggested prices would rise intensely in the next 12 months. But my favourite response to the short-term property market came from … Read more

  • Right. So rates are on hold… again.

    But this time it feels different. Maybe it’s the slightly warmer afternoons, or the slightly longer evenings, or maybe it’s because all the staff in our office have been sick. But it feels different. Last week we sold 11 properties. That’s the most I’ve ever sold in a week in … Read more
